How do I add the home screen widget?

Long-press your iPhone home screen until apps jiggle → tap the + button in the top corner → search "LockFast" → choose Small or Medium → tap Add Widget. The widget shows your timer, metabolic zone, water intake, and streak.

How do I enable the lock screen timer?

The Live Activity starts automatically when you begin a fast. It appears on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island (iPhone 14 Pro and later). No setup needed — just start a fast.

How does water tracking work?

On the home screen, tap any of the quick-add buttons (250mL, 500mL, or 750mL) to log water. Your daily total resets at midnight. You can change your daily goal in Settings. Water intake also appears in the medium widget.

What is the eating window timer?

When you end a fast, LockFast automatically starts a countdown for your eating window based on your protocol. For example, on 16:8, you get an 8-hour eating window countdown. You can start your next fast early with one tap.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → find LockFast → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all billing — we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open LockFast → Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How accurate are the metabolic zones?

The metabolic zone indicators are estimates based on published research averages. Individual timing varies based on age, body composition, activity level, diet, and metabolic health. They are not medical measurements.

How do I connect Apple Health?

Open LockFast → Settings → Apple Health → toggle it on. LockFast can read your weight data and write fasting session information to Apple Health.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles all refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the LockFast charge, and request a refund.

How do I delete my data?

Open LockFast → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all fasting sessions, streaks, and preferences from your device.
